Internship Role Overview
We’re excited to invite students to apply for the FreshLens Paid Internship. While the role itself is approachable, the impact of an intern is powerful. FreshLens interns play a pivotal role in shaping the classroom environment and strengthening the overall cohort experience.

Interns are selected because they demonstrate leadership potential, responsibility, and a genuine interest in supporting others. In this role, you will:

  • Share your personal experience with FreshLens - what you enjoyed, what you learned, and how the program contributed to your growth

  • Help create a welcoming, supportive environment that brings together a cohort of up to 12 students

  • Independently complete all intern responsibilities without the need for weekly reminders

  • Serve as a positive leader by communicating clearly, showing initiative, offering thoughtful input during photo walks, and demonstrating consistent reliability

The internship also includes specific responsibilities designed to support your success from day one. Please note that responsibilities may evolve as the program develops, so applicants should be prepared to remain adaptable.

Schedule: Saturday’s, 9am to 1pm during Basic Session

After you submit your application, the second step is a 15-minute interview via Zoom with Shirley, Sharlene, and Vanessa. We will contact you via text for the date & time of your interview.
